Job summary

Kroger is seeking a capable leader to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. This role emphasizes respect, safety, integrity and teamwork while ensuring smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, train team members, schedule shifts, maintain order intake, and help implement process improvements across the e-Commerce operation.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand pricing labels.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate simple systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong math basics (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of e-Commerce when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas.
