Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department. You will help ensure smooth order processing, maintain store standards, and assist with scheduling and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating with selectors and attendants, and acting as the on-site lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable. A focus on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants in their duties.
• Act as person in charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Manage intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels and handle perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and maintain supplies.
