Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and proven hiring ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce store operations to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Interview, hire, and staff the online department.
• Plan staffing and schedules to meet product flow demands.
• Develop associates to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and company policies.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead implementation of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Aim for weekly/period/annual sales and wage targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management about operations and inventory.
• Monitor and control department expenses and equipment maintenance.
