Betco Sales Corp, A Kiss Electronics Company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to helm our 3P marketplace initiatives. You will report to the CEO, own multiple channels, and drive strategy, listings, pricing, inventory, and customer experience across a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will lead a large team, optimize processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale revenue and profitability while exploring new channels and automation opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on 3P marketplace management experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams in an e-commerce environment.
• Expert-level Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to process and interpret data, and to help build or maintain structured systems, dashboards, and workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on marketplace performance, KPIs, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee all third-party marketplace operations across a portfolio of 15+ marketplace channels.
• Lead and manage a large team of marketplace employees — coaching, training, performance management, and workflow improvement across the department.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with marketplace account representatives across our channels to strengthen partnerships, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
• Own the overall health of every marketplace account — compliance, standing, and performance metrics.
• Manage the full operation: listings and catalog, pricing strategy, inventory, order management, customer service, returns/refunds, and account health.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow marketplace revenue, improve profitability, and expand into new channels.
• Analyze sales trends and operational data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and refine SOPs, workflows, and quality-control checkpoints to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and drive accountability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions that improve scalability.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, customer service, marketing, and executive leadership on cross-department execution.
• Evaluate new marketplace opportunities, software, and automation tools to support long-term growth.
