Job summary

Universal Perfumes & Cosmetics Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to own and grow our multi-platform marketplace business. You’ll manage thousands of SKUs, optimize listings, and oversee feeds and inventory across leading channels.

You will coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to ensure on-time shipments, pricing adherence, and strong performance. This role demands data-driven decision making and hands-on optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing online marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Temu, etc.).
• Experience with Rithum/ChannelAdvisor strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage large catalogs (4,000+ SKUs).
• Experience fixing feed errors, inventory mismatches, and listing issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with ops, warehouse, and office teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to spot errors quickly.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Expansion & Management: manage and grow marketplace presence on eBay, Shein, Temu, Poshmark, Sears, NocNoc, Walmart.com and more; lead expansion into new platforms and international or niche marketplaces.
• Product Feed & Inventory Oversight: maintain accurate product feeds, attributes, and inventory sync; liaise between warehouse and office for stock levels, lead times, and shipping details; own feed troubleshooting and mapping.
• Listing Optimization & SEO: optimize titles, keywords, tags and attributes per marketplace; improve listing quality scores; run experiments to increase conversion and ranking; follow pricing formulas and margins.
• Cross-Department Coordination: coordinate with warehouse leads; work with purchasing, catalog, and management teams; ensure smooth operations during promotions and launches.
• Reporting & Analytics: use in-house reporting platforms, PIM systems, and Excel/Sheets to analyze sell-through, identify winners, monitor account health, present insights.
