The role grows into Head of Digital Commerce & Marketing with broader scope as online revenue expands. Ideal candidates have real e-commerce operating experience, comfort with accountable metrics, and a willingness to lead digital marketing and content initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven real marketplace or e-commerce operating experience.
• Ability to own a numeric KPI and P&L.
• Ability to direct AI tools for listing, pricing, and content.

Responsibilities

• Own the online P&L end to end: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, and our storefront.
• Direct the AI tools that handle listing, pricing, and content work.
• Set the strategy and goals—the tools execute the repetitive tasks.
• Rebuild the channel's growth trajectory and expand it further.
• Own digital marketing and content for the storefront.
• Report directly to senior leadership.
