Job summary

Brook Mays Music Co. in Dallas, TX seeks an E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to own the full online P&L across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, and our storefront. You will design channel strategy, optimize listings, pricing, content, and checkout experiences, and lead AI-driven automation.

You will forecast performance, collaborate with merchandising and engineering, recruit a small team as online revenue scales, and represent Brook Mays at industry events.

Qualifications

• Direct experience running online marketplace channels (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb) and owning an online P&L.
• Ability to direct technical and AI-tool workstreams without hands-on engineering.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to optimize online operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full online P&L across marketplace channels and storefront.
• Forecast, report, and drive online performance beyond watchful analysis.
• Own storefront design, content, and checkout experience.
• Set marketplace strategy per channel: assortment, promotions, ad spend, merchandising.
• Direct the AI tools that handle listing, pricing, and content and set rules/goals.
• Review outcomes; avoid manual listing creation.
• Own digital marketing and content strategy for storefront and social commerce.
• Build escalation paths between marketplace issues and engineering.
• Track pricing and MAP compliance with Merchandising.
• Monitor policy risks: account health, suspensions, disputes.
• Represent Brook Mays at ecommerce events to source partnerships and talent.
• Recruit and lead a small team as online revenue scales.
