Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in logistics, SCM, or PM.
• Proven vendor management and KPI achievement experience.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order fulfillment status from released to backordered.
• Track backlog, carrier cutoffs, and shipment delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors to resolve issues in real time.
• Support returns processing and status tracking.
• Communicate daily priorities and volume updates to warehouse vendors.
• Investigate shipment delays, order errors, and inventory discrepancies.
• Escalate high-risk issues to the Senior Warehouse Vendor Supervisor.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and exception summaries.
• Create Inventory Reconciliation Reports and support cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with system updates.
