Job summary

ASUS North America is seeking an Inside Sales Operations Specialist in Fremont, CA. You will serve as the primary liaison between ASUS Asia headquarters and North America, ensuring seamless communication and execution of customer programs, pricing verification, and credit processing.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and external customers to verify promotional documentation, resolve discrepancies, and drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, account coordination, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between ASUS Asia headquarters and North American Sales, Product Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
• Review, validate, and process customer promotional claims by verifying pricing, invoices, supporting documentation, and program eligibility while investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to review customer deduction reports and facilitate accurate credit processing.
• Create and administer Channel Programs, ensuring promotions are properly documented, approved, and communicated to customers.
• Drive timely resolution of outstanding issues by proactively following up with internal teams, customers, and headquarters to remove roadblocks and keep cases moving forward.
• Analyze reports and operational data to identify discrepancies, processing issues, and workflow bottlenecks, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance communication, operational efficiency, and customer experience across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
