The role requires 4+ years in logistics or project management, experience with WMS/ERP, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in logistics or project management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with 3PL vendor management.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order fulfillment and backlog, ensuring on-time shipping.
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors to resolve execution issues in real time.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and exception summaries.
• Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and reconciliations.
• Assist with process changes and warehouse transition activities.
