Job summary

Shades of Light is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead the IT Department, overseeing server integration, cyber security, help desk, and hardware projects. You will champion IT initiatives and manage key vendor relationships to support business goals.

Ideal candidates will have a CS-related degree, 2+ years leading IT teams, and experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems, preferably in ecommerce. This role reports to the COO and is on-site in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years experience leading Technology or IT teams.
• Experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP is preferred.
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Experience working with Third Party Solution Providers (ticketing systems, server integration, databases).
• Hands-on technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department and supervise the technology systems team.
• Manage server integration, cybersecurity, help desk, and hardware projects.
• Champion IT projects and maintain vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with COO to align department goals with business strategy.
• Coordinate IT hardware and software purchases and planning.
• Oversee IT process documentation and standardization.
