Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an IT Manager to own our technology infrastructure, e-commerce platform, and security programs. You will lead the Magento 2 environment, fulfillment and inventory systems, and our IT team, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in e-commerce technology, experience with Magento 2, ERP systems like Fishbowl, PCI/ADA compliance, and proficiency in vendor negotiation and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years experience managing e-commerce technology infrastructure, ideally with Magento/Magento 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, software applications, and security measures.
• Oversee Magento 2 platform stability, scalability, and security; manage extensions/plugins and vendor partnerships.
• Monitor analytics and performance; implement site changes to support campaigns and conversions.
• Manage PCI audits and ADA compliance; oversee hosting platform and fraud detection systems.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the IT team; supervise outsourced IT vendors and telecom/network operations.
