Lumen Mundi International is seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Product Manager to lead our online strategy and product initiatives. The role includes managing one offshore resource and collaborating with marketing to drive campaigns and online growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in ecommerce leadership, strong Shopify expertise, and a solid grasp of SAP, Adobe and data analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5-8 years in Marketing, Product or e-Com leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify (5-8 years) and data analytics.
• Experience with SAP, Adobe, Microsoft tools and marketing data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce and product strategy, including growth campaigns.
• Manage Graphic Designer and external partners on ecommerce assets.
• Coordinate UX/UI improvements to drive customer growth and functionality.
• Analyze ecommerce data to inform future strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to align brand awareness and ecommerce efforts.
• Plan channels for SEO, SEM, social media, email and catalogs.
