Shades of Light, LLC, a Virginia-based home furnishings brand, seeks a Technology Manager to lead the IT department, oversee server integration, cybersecurity, help desk, and vendor partnerships. You will guide IT projects, manage external vendors, and align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years experience leading Technology or IT teams.
• Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP is preferred.
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience working with third-party solution providers including ticketing systems, server integration and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT department and supervise technology systems team.
• Manage server integration, cybersecurity, help desk and hardware projects.
• Champion IT projects and maintain vendor partnerships.
• Coordinate IT hardware and software purchases and planning.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and team performance.
