Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Experience using EDI services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new software, marketplace platforms, and AI tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to identify growth opportunities and improve operations.
• Manage daily operations across marketplaces, portals, and company websites.
• Create and optimize product listings, pricing, and information.
• Conduct product research, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Support merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, and digital marketing.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors on sourcing, pricing, and orders.
• Support inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and messaging.
• Support marketplace onboarding and cross-functional projects.
