Job summary

Aluf Plastics seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy across digital channels and marketplaces. You will optimize product content, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.

You will oversee Sellercloud, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure site performance, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience managing e-commerce operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Sellercloud, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or similar.
• Experience with ERP integration and inventory management is desirable.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital commerce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability.
• Manage and maintain the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Oversee online marketplaces and digital sales platforms.
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, images and digital content to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure site functionality and order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance for leadership.
