North 40 Outfitters is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead our end-to-end digital ecosystem, including online customer journeys, merchandising strategy, and storefront optimization. You will drive revenue performance through data-driven decisions while aligning with marketing, IT, and operations to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in e-commerce or online retail, strong analytical skills, and a working knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRO, and UX/UI best

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in e-commerce or online retail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, CRO, and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices and basic web technologies.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for store or vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce and omnichannel strategy to drive revenue and customer experience.
• Optimize storefronts across desktop and mobile for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations to align campaigns and site experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee site performance, testing, and optimization initiatives (A/B testing).
• Deliver weekly/monthly insights with actionable recommendations.
