Job summary

Mira Safety is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our ecommerce growth across paid, owned and earned channels. You will translate bold growth goals into actionable plans and mentor a high-performing team while hands-on in campaigns, testing, and optimization.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Product Launch, and Merchandising to scale revenue, improve CAC/ROAS, and drive measurable customer lifetime value in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing leadership.
• Proven success with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email and SMS.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Startup or high-growth DTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a unified multi-channel marketing strategy.
• Lead a high-performing acquisition and retention team.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email/SMS, Affiliate, and SEO programs.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Product Launch, and Merchandising teams.
• Build dashboards and analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER.
