Sunny Health & Fitness seeks an E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our digital commerce strategy across all online channels. This role oversees development, execution, and optimization of our e-commerce platforms to drive revenue growth, improve user experience, and strengthen the brand’s online footprint.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with strong analytics, deep knowledge of performance-driven retail, digital marketing, CRO, and omnichannel DTC best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce; 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in scaling e-commerce operations and revenue.
• Deep understanding of DTC, omnichannel, online retail.
• Advanced website analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company objectives to drive top-line growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives impacting digital sales, site performance, customer experience, and profitability.
• Own and drive digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, SEM, social, display, affiliates, and marketplaces.
• Lead CRO initiatives and optimize the user journey to improve engagement and average order value.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and tech partners to maximize ROI.
• Provide strategic direction on content, launches, and campaigns; support photo/video shoots for e-commerce.
