Job summary

Peet’s Coffee Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for DTC operations at the Alameda Roasting Plant in California.

The role oversees e-commerce fulfillment, staff scheduling, and safety compliance, driving performance and cost control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Applicants should have 5+ years in logistics supervision, experience with warehouse management systems (preferably D365), and a proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce/retail supply chains and KPI-driven operations.
• Experience with WMS and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work and safety of Leads, order selectors, and forklift operators in e-commerce warehousing.
• Oversee fulfillment to meet or exceed warehouse KPIs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead safety programs, incident investigations, and adherence to HAACP/food-safety protocols.
• Schedule shifts, control labor costs, and steward assets and budget.
