Peet's Coffee, Alameda Roasting Plant, is seeking a Distribution Team Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and shipment of products on time. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, strong leadership and data-driven problem solving, and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
