Peet’s Coffee Inc. in Alameda, CA is seeking a Distribution Lead to model Peet’s Vision and lead a shift in the Roasting Plant Distribution Center. You will collaborate with supervisors on labor allocation, safety, coaching, and continuous improvement to meet daily targets.

The role requires strong problem-solving, the ability to read and follow written instructions in English, and experience leading 9+ people. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; overtime may be required.
