Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for Direct-To-Consumer channel to lead e-commerce fulfillment operations from Alameda. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and quality of logistics services, supervising leads and operators while coordinating with Sales Operations, Procurement and other teams to meet demand.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and manage labor, expenses and inventory to ensure timely order processing and high warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory exp in Logistics / Distribution pick-pack environments.
• Experience in e-commerce Logistics / Distribution FMCG or Retail industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and monitor KPI and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work and safety of team Leads, Load Planners, Order Selectors, and Forklift Operators in e-Commerce operations.
• Oversee e-commerce operations with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence with KPI tracking.
• Report safety hazards, near-misses and incidents and lead investigations.
• Prepare work schedules, manage labor hours and expenses; monitor assets and inventory.
