Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the Alameda Roasting Plant to lead e-Commerce fulfillment operations, ensure safety, and drive KPI performance. You will manage a team of Leads, Load Planners, and Fulfillment staff while coordinating with Sales Ops and Procurement.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in distribution, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Logistics/Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work and safety of Leads, Planners, Order Selectors, and Forklift Operators in e-Commerce operations.
• Oversee e-Commerce fulfillment in collaboration with Sales Ops, Procurement, Alameda Ops, and Tracy DC.
• Embed continuous improvement and monitor KPI progress.
• Coach safety team and conduct safety observations and investigations.
