Job summary

Kroger is seeking an on-site Store e-Commerce assistant to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations. You will ensure a clean shopping environment and assist with order intake, labeling, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining supplies, and implementing improvements as directed by the e-Commerce team. The role demands honesty, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Schedule to meet operational and associate needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
• Flag pricing/discrepancies and temperature issues to manager.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and implement process improvements.
• Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews.
