Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations in the store's e-Commerce department. You will work under the Store e-Commerce manager to ensure smooth order processing, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, training staff, and maintaining orderly staging and order fulfillment areas in a fast-paced retail setting in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills including counting and simple arithmetic.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train team members for selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain organization and workflow in e-Commerce operations.
