Kroger Store e-Commerce is seeking an assistant to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, cleanliness, and adherence to company values such as respect and integrity.

Responsibilities include supervising selectors and customer attendants, training staff, scheduling, and acting as in-charge when the manager is unavailable, with a focus on fast-paced, customer‑centric service. This role is based in Parker, CO.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Train selectors and customer attendants per guidelines.
• Act as in-charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Schedule and allocate workload to staff, manage orders and labels.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and maintain clean staging areas.
