Job summary

Kroger in Henderson, NV is seeking a Store e-Commerce assistant to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department, upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

This role includes supervising team members, training, scheduling, processing orders, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness while aligning with company guidelines and continuous improvements from the enterprise e-Commerce team.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants; supervise and assign duties.
• Open/close procedures and process improvements as directed by e-Commerce team.
• Maintain orders, schedules, and communication with minors/senior customers when needed.
