Job summary

The Kroger e-Commerce team seeks a Store e-Commerce Attendant to support daily operations under the Store e-Commerce manager. You will help ensure fast, accurate order processing and customer satisfaction across the online shopping channel.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, and handle order labeling, equipment maintenance, and process improvements to support Kroger’s high standards and commitment to safety, diversity, and community service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
