The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to support the daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with safety laws, and help optimize order fulfillment and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and guiding the team in handling orders, labels, and equipment. You will report to the Store e-Commerce Manager and promote Kroger's values of respect, integrity, and safety in all duties.

Competenze

• Minimum supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read shelf tags and interpret store data.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and math.

• Ensure team adheres to laws and safety guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions for selector and attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce department when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
• Report pricing, scanning or item location issues to manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Implement process improvements as directed.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
