Kroger Co. in Henrico, VA is seeking a Store e-Commerce Assistant Supervisor to support the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations. You will help ensure customer expectations are met for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness, while adhering to company policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling support, training, and maintaining orderly e-Commerce workflows, with opportunities for growth and continued training across the Kroger Family of Companies.

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas and equipment.
