Job summary

Kroger Co. is seeking an enthusiastic team leader to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations at the Great Falls location. You will oversee selectors and customer attendants, ensure adherence to safety and food guidelines, and help maintain smooth order fulfillment for online customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding Kroger’s values and commitments to customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a retail or grocery setting.
• Ability to read shelf tags and basic computer tasks.
• Strong math skills and self-direction to complete duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Ensure team compliance with laws, safety and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants on duties.
• Act as e-Commerce lead in manager's absence and assist with scheduling.
• Manage intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print/distribute order labels and troubleshoot e-Commerce devices.
• Maintain supplies, organize staging areas, and report discrepancies.
• Perform opening/closing, and implement process improvements.
