e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure team compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
• Perform roles of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members in various functions
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution
• Manage customer orders and assign work to team members
• Handle order labeling and troubleshoot equipment
• Maintain supplies, organization, and cleanliness of work areas
• Report discrepancies and issues to management
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
