e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)



Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting/exceeding customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
  • Performing duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Training team members in various roles
  • Acting as the department lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
  • Assisting with scheduling and order intake
  • Managing supplies and maintaining organized, clean work areas
  • Troubleshooting equipment and reporting discrepancies
  • Following opening and closing procedures
  • Implementing process improvements and providing performance feedback
  • Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts professionally
  • Handling customer and business information with integrity
  • Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
