Whole Foods Market in Basalt, CO is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in leading Customer Service & E-Commerce programs, overseeing checkout, grocery delivery and pickup, and driving safety and efficiency. You will monitor KPIs, manage labor and tasks, and coach team members while ensuring health and safety compliance.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining store operations.

Qualifications

18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Delivers outstanding customer experience; and holds all Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
Establishes clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns tasks balancing the needs of all customers.
Monitors the schedule to maintain in-store customer needs, online order capacity, and cognizant of labor budget.
Supports collaborative relationships with store leadership and partners (1P/3P).
Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale; maintains safety and security standards.
Develops, coaches, mentors, and motivates Team Members to sustain performance.
Maintains cleanliness and security of workspaces and equipment.
Identifies process improvement opportunities and communicates them effectively.
