Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• In-store and online customer flow management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service.
• Establishes expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns service tasks balancing needs of all customers.
• Monitors schedule to maintain in-store needs, online order capacity, and labor budget.
• Supports relationships with department leaders and store leadership; coordinates with 1P/3P partners.
• Fosters a positive environment with teamwork and high morale.
• Maintains Team Member safety and security standards; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Coaches and mentors Team Members to sustain high performance and reduce turnover.
• Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and equipment security.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities; aligns with WFM leadership principles.
