Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor to support Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at the assigned store. You will lead daily operations, manage capacity and labor, ensure efficient pickup and online order processing, and uphold safety standards.

The role involves coaching Team Members and aligning with health, safety, and company initiatives. You will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with 1P/3P partners to deliver a best-in-class checkout and delivery

Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience and enforces service standards.
• Manages balance between in-store service and online order completion.
• Monitors customer flow and assigns tasks to teams.
• Collaborates with store leadership and partners (e.g., Amazon) as needed.
