Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor to support Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at our store. You will lead checkout and online order processes, drive safety, quality of service, and team productivity.

You will monitor metrics and guide Team Members to meet goals while ensuring adherence to store programs and health regulations. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with store leadership and partners, and maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience
• Experience delivering customer service in a retail store
• Ability to operate cash handling and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; holds Team Members accountable for service.
• Establishes expectations for balancing in-store service and online orders.
• Monitors customer flow; assigns service and online order tasks.
• Seeks awareness of competitors and industry trends.
• Responds to customer questions, requests, and concerns; builds relationships with leaders and partners.
• Maintains safe, clean workspaces and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Coaches and motivates Team Members to sustain high performance and reduce turnover.
