Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support managed shops by answering buyer inquiries through chat across ecommerce platforms. You will handle conversations professionally, clearly, and concisely to provide real-time help and solutions.

As a front-line member, you will collaborate with Vendor Acquisition, Key Account Management, Marketing, Production and Fulfillment to keep store information, products, services and promotions up to date for first-class buyer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service roles (BPO or captive)
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Fast, accurate typing speeds
• Experience with consumer electronics or related consumer-facing products a plus
• Proactive problem-solving and active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Answer buyer inquiries via chat in a timely, accurate manner
• Identify buyer needs with probing questions and provide real-time solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Vendor Acquisition, Key Account Management, Marketing, Production, Fulfillment) for accurate information
• Maintain up-to-date product, promo, and store information across platforms
• Deliver empathetic, professional customer service to uphold buyer satisfaction
