Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor to support Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at your assigned store. You will lead daily operations, monitor performance, manage capacity and labor, and ensure accurate handling of online orders and in-store service.

You will coach Team Members, promote safety and compliance, and collaborate with store leadership and partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience.
• Ability to manage tasks and balance customer flows.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
