Huntington National Bank is seeking an eCommerce Strategy Manager to lead CRO initiatives across Huntington's digital properties, leveraging data and testing to drive conversions and customer acquisition.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, UX, content, and development teams to translate strategic objectives into measurable experiments, publish results, and scale winning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRO and optimization programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for business impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead CRO initiatives across Huntington's digital properties.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Partner with marketing, product, analytics, UX, content, and development teams.
• Develop testing roadmaps to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and measurement for test reporting.
