Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an E Commerce Strategy Manager to drive CRO and digital optimization across Huntington.com and related digital experiences. You will leverage analytics, testing platforms, and customer insights to improve acquisition, engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, UX, content, and development teams to translate objectives into measurable testing roadmaps, ensuring accurate measurement and scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web content management and design experience with Adobe Target/Sitecore Personalize/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of CRO, testing methodologies, and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing CRO program to optimize Huntington.com and related digital experiences.
• Identify opportunities using analytics, feedback, and industry best practices.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale winning experiences.
