Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in‑store channels in a no-haggle environment. You will respond quickly to leads, answer questions, guide vehicle purchases, and ensure a seamless transition to the in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers commission-based earnings with growth opportunities and access to benefits and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
