Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to move customers from contact to in-store experience.
• Negotiate terms to meet customer budgets and preferences and close deals.
• Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and transition customers to Service.
