Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience with a no-haggle sales approach. We seek a proactive e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person, guiding them toward an in-store experience and a confident purchase.

You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help customers find their perfect vehicle while delivering exceptional service before and after the sale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads quickly and transition customers from inquiry to in-store experience.
• Negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyle needs and close deals.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and refer to Service department.
