Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide hundreds of customers—online, over the phone and in person—in our no-haggle environment, helping them choose the right vehicle and complete their purchase.

Responding to leads quickly and answering questions, you’ll provide information, negotiate terms to fit budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to the Service department to support the ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Treat all associates with respect and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and close the deal.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to online, phone and in-person leads quickly, guiding customers from initial contact to in-store visits.
• Refer customers to the Service department to support ongoing ownership experience.
