Job summary

AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate role engages hundreds of customers—online, over the phone and in person—to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You respond to leads, answer questions, and help transition customers to the in-store experience with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and close the deal.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion across online, phone, and in-person channels.
• Guide customers from purchase to ownership experience and coordinate with Service later.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty.
