Job summary

AutoNation, a nationwide automotive retailer, is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through the car-buying journey in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to online and phone leads, provide vehicle information, and help convert interest into a purchase.

You’ll leverage strong communication, consultative selling and relationship-building to exceed expectations, close deals and drive loyalty, often coordinating with the Service department post-sale.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to help people and exceed expectations in a sales context.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone and in‑person leads promptly.
• Guide customers from initial contact to in‑store experience and close the deal.
