Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers across online, phone, and in-person channels in a no-haggle, high-support sales environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, explain vehicle options, and help customers complete purchases with a focus on outstanding service and post-sale follow-up. A high school diploma and customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to help people and exceed expectations in a sales/cust svc environment.
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred; familiarity with technology is a plus.

Responsibilities
