Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person. You will guide leads from digital channels to a no-haggle in-store experience, ensuring exceptional service and loyalty.

Responsibilities include answering questions, negotiating terms, and following up to transition customers to service. Prior sales or retail experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and guide customers from online/incoming inquiries to an in-store experience.
• Help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms to meet their budgets and lifestyles, and close the deal.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and drive loyalty to the Service department for ownership experience.
